Album Finished

Our new personalized music album is finally done! Express To Song City by Dave & Tawnda is our second personalized album for kids.
9 new songs, personalized for 2900 names! (that's a lot of names!) Right now a company in Romania is going through every file and doing a quality control check on all of the digital files to make sure everything sounds perfect before distribution begins. It's a huge task considering they have to check all 9 songs on all 2900 different names. That's like listening to 2900 albums. This might just take a while.....
Don't worry, we'll have this album available for purchase on our website
http://www.koolsongs.com before Christmas.

Preschool Album

During the midsts of finishing our current album. Express to Song City, we're also doing writing for our follow up album aimed at preschoolers. With any luck we'll have this one ready for Christmas 2007

New album almost done

Well, the summer has flown by, again, and we've come closer and closer to finishing the new album. (Dave & Tawnda, -Express to Song City. We're almost done with our recording 2900 names for all nine songs.

So as we record more and more names, i ask the question; how many names are there in the US? How many in the world? Seems like there is no end to the number of names out there now. Here's a quick thought; how many beginning with the letter "O" can you think of?
Here's 23. How many did you get?

The Summer is flying by

Well, we've had a busy summer. This past week, we submitted a commercial to the Heinz ketchup contest. There were something like 5000 entries. The grand prize is $57k. The top 15 finalists will be named in a few weeks. We'll keep you posted.

End of July

Well, here we are at the end of July and it certainly has been a hot summer here in California.
Our new album should be done in about 4 weeks.

Another entry

Here it is Wednesday, July 25. We're still recording more names to personalize our new album.
We're up to 1900 names now. We've also decided to try to add 2 new songs to the album,
Jungle Safari and The Name Game. We have about 4 more weeks to complete both.

Another Day

We continue to sing more and more names to personalize our new album. Who knew there were SO many names in the US alone! Soon we will have 2500 unique names.
